Ordering your new Endorfin bike or frame is easy and we’re here to help every step of the way.
If you know what you want please visit the bikes section and fill in the enquiry form. If not, don’t worry, just send us an email with your questions and we’ll answer them as soon as we can. If you would prefer to be contacted by phone please email your phone number and a convenient time to call.
In addition to the options listed on the enquiry form there are a few extra options to choose such as tyres, stem spacer height and any bespoke requests. Please let us know how you would like to be contacted (phone or email) and we’ll get back to you with an order confirmation as soon as possible.
Once you’re happy with the final order confirmation we will email or post you an invoice. There are three ways to pay - cheque, bank transfer or credit card via PayPal. When confirming your order please let us know how you would like to pay and we will send you the relevant details.
As soon as we receive payment your order will be forwarded to Endorfin in Germany. We request payment in advance as every bike is custom built to order.
The lead time is approximately 4 weeks from the date of order and we will keep you updated throughout the delivery process.
Once your bike or frame arrives in the UK it will be thoroughly checked and sent by 24-hour courier. Please note your new Endorfin needs to be signed for so please give us an address where this will be possible.
Delivery to addresses in mainland Britain are included in the price of the bike/ frame. Please note bikes are delivered in two boxes and some assembly is required (full instructions are included).
We also offer a personal delivery service for complete bikes with prices starting from £50.00. This service includes personal delivery of the completely built bike, personal set up and advice. Please email sales@endorfinbikes.co.uk for more details.
