Terms and Conditions
- Endorfin Bikes are sold in the UK exclusively by Endorfin UK. Endorfin UK is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We are committed to customer service and in every instance will endeavour to resolve any problems to the satisfaction of the customer. All prices shown on this website are in UK pounds Sterling.
- Payment is accepted by cheque, bank transfer or via PayPal. For details on how PayPal operate their fast and secure payment service please visit www.paypal.co.uk. Do not send cash in the post. All payments must be made in UK pounds Sterling (£) Prices subject to fluctuation in exchange rates. Please contact us for our bank details. The customer must cover any bank costs. All prices include 24-hour delivery in mainland Britain where possible. We also offer a personal delivery and set-up service from starting from £50.00 and dependant on availability of staff. - Endorfin UK respect your privacy and will not pass your details onto any third party. Your details will only be used to process your order and/ or inform you of news relating to our products. We do not hold any credit card numbers or bank details on our database.
- As all goods offered by Endorfin UK are available in custom and bespoke options, because of this payment is required at the time of ordering. Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order up to 7 days after it has been placed. We are not obliged to accept cancellations or accept back custom built goods for a refund or exchange unless they are defective. Custom built goods can be returned for exchange/ refund but will incur a 15% charge to cover carriage, time and administration. Goods must be returned in a new and unused condition.
- Most orders will be fulfilled in four weeks from the date of your cleared payment. This timescale can extend up to seven weeks at busy times or if parts are not available. You will be informed of any delays and in the unlikely case of unavailable parts, alternative suggestions will be made. Public holidays (both in the UK and Germany) are not included in the four week delivery time.
- Complete bikes are delivered in two boxes, directly from the factory in Germany and some assembly is needed. Clear and concise instructions are included with the product, however if you are unsure on how to correctly assemble the bike we strongly recommend that the bike is fully assembled and/ or checked by a qualified bicycle mechanic prior to any attempt to ride the bike. Alternatively, we recommend you use our own personal delivery and set-up service. Phone for prices and availability.
- All information on this website is correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge. All images show an accurate representation of the products but some details/ specifications can change without notice. All colours shown are for guidance only. Actual colours will depend on your monitor, browser and printer. We strongly recommend using a RAL Classic colour chart to choose any custom colour. Usually available from any reputable trade paint supplier.
- Endorfin UK is not responsible for damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this website. The viewer must bear the risk associated with using the internet.

- Damaged or broken goods must be reported to Endorfin UK within 48 hours of delivery, the customer must receive a reference number, in accordance with our courier's terms and conditions. Damaged or broken goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Do not sign for any goods where the outer packaging appears damaged. If you have any doubts, please contact the Endorfin UK office, as once a package has been signed, for it is very difficult to prove responsibility for the damage incurred.
- All Endorfin frames have a 10-year frame warranty against defects in manufacture and workmanship. This warranty does not include damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. All parts fitted to complete bikes are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Any warranty claims must be reported before sending the goods back. Any returned goods must be cleaned before sending. Please note postage costs on warranty claims cannot be covered.
- Advice given by Endorfin UK during telephone/ internet communication is based entirely upon information given by the customer and is given without prejudice.
Goods supplied are supplied only to correspond to the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied and not alternative uses to which they may be put.
